Tell us about the event and we’ll prepare the machine. These are the four kinds of events that ask for printers most.
Conferences and MICE
Name tags, delegate packs, certificates. A4 color multifunction.

Recruitment tests, exams, and training
Hundreds of question sets in a few hours. 60 pages a minute.

Exhibitions and bazaars

*Contract clients in Bali, Lombok, and Labuan Bajo, counted from the time you report, during business hours. Daily and weekly rentals don’t carry the 3-hour guarantee, but a technician still comes if needed.

Timeline from booking to collection
When you book, send the event date and length, the venue address and when the machine can be set up, expected prints per day, whether you need color, and the name and number of your on-site contact.

FAQ
All FAQs Can I rent a printer for just one event?
Yes, ASG rents printers and photocopiers by the day and week for conferences, exhibitions, exams, and project offices in Bali and Lombok. The machine is delivered and tested the day before the event, toner is included, and we collect it afterwards.
How much is a printer rental per day?
ASG’s daily rental starts at Rp 250,000 a day for an A4 printer.
Color and A3 machines cost more. The exact price depends on the machine and how long you rent. Send your dates and needs and we’ll send a written quote.
What is the minimum number of days?
ASG offers daily and weekly rental. Minimum 3 days for events. We deliver the day before the event so you have time to set up, anywhere in Bali and in Mataram.
Can I book at short notice for tomorrow?
Yes, if ASG has a unit free. Message us before 12 noon, because we need time to prepare the unit before it goes out that day.
What if the machine has a problem outside business hours?
Message ASG on WhatsApp. We guide you through small problems on a video call. If it’s urgent, say month-end closing or a stopped cashier, we still send the area technician.
Can you deliver to a venue on the Gili Islands or in Labuan Bajo?
Yes, ASG rents printers by the day for venues on the Gili Islands and in Labuan Bajo.
The Gili Islands carry an extra delivery fee of Rp 1,500,000. ASG has an office in Labuan Bajo, so delivery and pickup there is only Rp 200,000. Send us the venue address on WhatsApp.
Are toner and paper included?
ASG includes toner. Paper isn’t included and you supply your own, since every venue needs different paper.
