F4, A4, or A3: the size you use
Many official documents in Indonesia use F4, not A4. You only need A3 if you regularly print technical drawings, posters, or large schedules.

All FAQs What is the difference between renting a photocopier and renting a printer?
The photocopiers ASG rents are multifunction machines: one machine for copying, printing from a computer, and scanning to email.
A regular printer only prints. Of the 22 machines in the ASG catalog, 17 are multifunction, 4 are printer-only, and 1 is a document scanner.
If your office rarely copies, a printer is usually enough and takes less space.
How much is the monthly rental?
ASG’s printer rental starts at Rp 350,000 a month, excluding 11% VAT. The exact price depends on the machine, color, and how many pages you print a month. We send a written quote by WhatsApp or email.
Which photocopiers take F4 paper?
In the ASG catalog, the Kyocera MA4000x, MA4000wifx, MA6000ifx, P2040dw, P3260dn, and Epson AM-C550 take paper up to Legal size, so F4 works. Every A3 machine also takes F4.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
Message ASG on the hotline number on your machine’s sticker.
We’ll walk you through it by chat or video call first, which often fixes it.
If it doesn’t, contract clients in Bali, Lombok, and Labuan Bajo get a technician within 3 hours of reporting, during business hours.
A rented machine that can’t be fixed within 2 hours is swapped the same day.
My office only needs to print. Do I need a photocopier?
No.
For documents from a computer, a printer is enough and takes less space.
If you sometimes need to copy or scan, an A4 multifunction machine such as the Kyocera MA4000x can do it, so there’s no need for a large A3 machine.
Is renting from ASG the same as a copier lease?
ASG’s photocopier rental in Bali, Lombok, and Labuan Bajo works like an all-inclusive copier lease: one monthly fee covers the machine, toner, parts, and repairs. The machine stays ASG’s property for the whole contract.
What is the difference between a photocopier, a copier, and a multifunction machine?
They all mean the same machine. A photocopier today is a multifunction printer (MFP): it copies, prints, scans, and some models fax. A printer only prints.
Can it copy in color?
Yes, on a color multifunction machine, such as the Epson EM-C800 for A4 or the Kyocera M8130cidn for A3. Black-and-white machines only copy in black and white. The full options are on the color and A3 printer rental page.
How big is an A3 photocopier?
An A3 machine is roughly the size of a low filing cabinet, so set aside a corner and its own power socket.
The Kyocera MZ4000i measures 59 × 70 cm and stands 68 cm tall without its stand. Our technician checks the spot during the site survey.
