Office printer
rental FAQ
All FAQs Which printer is right for my office?
ASG sizes an office printer by how many pages you print a month.
An office of 5 to 15 people usually prints under 4,000 pages and does fine with an A4/F4 multifunction machine such as the Kyocera MA4000x, from Rp 395,000 a month.
Above that, or if you often use A3 paper, choose an A3 multifunction machine.
How much is the monthly rental?
ASG’s printer rental starts at Rp 350,000 a month, excluding 11% VAT. The exact price depends on the machine, color, and how many pages you print a month. We send a written quote by WhatsApp or email.
I only print a little. Do I still need to rent?
ASG has machines with a 500 to 1,000 page monthly quota for small offices. With a rental, no one on your team has to look after the printer, because ASG handles toner, repairs, and parts.
What is the minimum rental contract?
ASG’s standard rental contract is 1 year and comes with a brand-new machine.
If you have never rented before, you can start with a 6-month contract to try it out. There’s no deposit, and your first invoice arrives after a month of use.
The contract can end early after you talk it through with the ASG team. Under the contract, the monthly rent for the remaining months is still billed.
For events, ASG also rents by the day or week.
We’re opening a new branch. Can we add a machine?
Yes. The ASG machine at the new branch is added to the same contract. Billing can be split per location, and the extra unit follows the remaining contract term.
Can ASG issue a tax invoice (faktur pajak)?
Yes, ASG attaches the tax invoice to each monthly invoice. Just send your company NPWP when you order. Foreign-owned (PMA) companies too, as long as they have an NPWP.
Can I print from a Mac, an iPhone, and the office network?
Yes, every printer and multifunction machine in the ASG catalog supports AirPrint, so you can print from a Mac, iPhone, or iPad. Our technician connects the machine to your office network during installation, with free cabling up to about 10 meters.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
Message ASG on the hotline number on your machine’s sticker.
We’ll walk you through it by chat or video call first, which often fixes it.
If it doesn’t, contract clients in Bali, Lombok, and Labuan Bajo get a technician within 3 hours of reporting, during business hours.
A rented machine that can’t be fixed within 2 hours is swapped the same day.
I have an old photocopier. Can I trade it in?
Yes. At ASG, old office photocopiers and printers can be traded in for a new rental machine, and the value comes off your rental bill. Send the model and a photo on WhatsApp for a valuation. See how trade-in works.
Tell us what you need, and we’ll help you pick the right machine.
Our team is here to help Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday until 12:30 pm (WITA, GMT+8).
