What affects the rental price
The ranges above are a starting point. The final price is worked out per need, and these five things matter most.

Both include a 1,000-page monthly quota, and pages above it are charged individually. Terms and conditions apply. Toner, repairs, and parts are included.
Why are prices not listed per machine?
Because ASG’s final price depends on the model, quota, contract length, and location. Price ranges per machine class are on this page. For an exact figure, we send a written quote at no cost.
Do prices include VAT?
No, ASG rental prices exclude 11% VAT.
If I rent several machines, can the quotas be pooled?
Yes, ASG pools quotas across black-and-white machines or across color machines. Black-and-white and color quotas can’t cover each other yet. The rental is a package price, so if you print well above or below the quota, we adjust the price.
Is there a deposit?
ASG doesn’t ask for a deposit. The first bill comes after 1 month of use. You can also trade in your old machine.
What if I stop before the contract ends?
The contract can end early after you talk it through with the ASG team. Under the contract, the monthly rent for the remaining months is still billed.
Does the price go up in the second year?
No, ASG's rental price stays fixed for the whole contract. Contracts renew automatically, and if you want, we can revisit the price and quota at renewal.
Why can rental be cheaper elsewhere?
Compare three things: new or refurbished machine, how many pages the quota includes, and whether toner and parts are covered. ASG prices for an annual contract use a new machine, with toner, repairs, and parts included.
I only print a little. Do I still need to rent?
ASG has machines with a 500 to 1,000 page monthly quota for small offices. With a rental, no one on your team has to look after the printer, because ASG handles toner, repairs, and parts.
Can ASG issue a tax invoice (faktur pajak)?
Yes, ASG attaches the tax invoice to each monthly invoice. Just send your company NPWP when you order. Foreign-owned (PMA) companies too, as long as they have an NPWP.
