About ASG
ASG is PT Aneka Sarana Grafika, a Kyocera, Epson, and HP printer and photocopier rental and repair company. We have served Bali since 2016 and now have offices in Denpasar, Mataram, and Labuan Bajo with 41 technicians.
Our story
ASG grew out of a print solutions group founded in Jakarta in 1995. In 2016, we expanded to Bali to provide printer and photocopier rental. Hotels and villas in Badung and Denpasar were the first clients to trust us with their printing needs.
Serving the hospitality industry taught us that a small printer problem can have a big impact on operations. A printer that fails during check-in, for example, can cause a queue at the front desk and spoil the guest experience.
That is why our service goes beyond supplying machines. Every rental package includes toner, parts, and service. For clients with a service contract, we also commit to having a technician on site within 3 hours.
As the business has grown, we now serve a range of sectors, from offices and schools to clinics. With an office in Mataram and a service depot in Labuan Bajo, we keep extending our reach to stay close to our clients.
As we grow, the way we work has stayed the same since our first clients in Bali: service that is easy to reach, a quick response, and a team that is close by whenever you need us.

Remote help first
Report on the WhatsApp number on your machine. Many issues are fixed by chat or video call.
A technician within 3 hours
For contract clients in Bali, Lombok, and Labuan Bajo, from the report, during business hours.
Short downtime
A rented machine not fixed within 2 hours is swapped the same day.
One bill
Toner, parts, and repairs are in the monthly bill. Pages above the quota and VAT are written in the quote.
Clear numbers
We work out your page count first, so the machine and quota fit.
Trade in your old machine
Old office photocopiers and printers can be traded in for a new rental machine.
Our offices
All offices open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, closed on Sundays and public holidays. Directions and quote form
