1. Preventive Maintenance
We do routine check every month to ensure the condition of copy machine on its peak performance
2. 3 Hours - Service Call Guarantee
We guarantee to be present at maximum of 3 (three) hours after you call (Monday – Friday, 8.30 – 17.30, Saturday 8.30 – 12.30)
3. Back up Unit
If there is a disruption & it cannot be solved in 2 (two) hours, we will send a backup unit on the same day
